These terms apply when you use this website and buy from DEBO — Fragrance & Beauty. The store is operated by Absa Digital Agency LLC. Mailing address: [To complete: mailing address]. By placing an order you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Sold by DEBO — perfumes and accessories we stock. These are bought through DEBO's checkout ("Add to Bag") and these terms apply in full.
• Partner retailer products — items marked "View at Retailer". DEBO recommends these but does not sell them. See section 8.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when DEBO confirms your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and will refund any payment taken. Online checkout is currently a preview: preview orders are not charged and are not completed sales. Items marked "Preview" are samples and cannot be purchased.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices are re-checked when your order is placed. Shipping costs are confirmed before fulfillment. Sales tax: [To complete: how tax is calculated and shown].

Online payment is not yet active. When connected, payments will be processed securely by Stripe, and an order is only treated as paid once the payment has been successfully confirmed. Accepted payment methods: [To complete: once Stripe is configured].

Stock levels shown on the site reflect our records and are checked again when you order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.

When you choose "View at Retailer" you leave DEBO for an external retailer's website. Checkout, payment, shipping, fulfillment, returns, customer service and warranties for those purchases are handled entirely by that retailer under its own terms and privacy policy — not by DEBO. DEBO may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability shown on DEBO for partner products may change on the retailer's site.

We aim to describe products accurately. Fragrance notes are listed only where supplied. Colors and packaging may differ from images; gift-box photos marked "Gift packaging concept" are not included with purchases.
